A typical Hypnotherapy session lasts 60 minutes. A more conversational hypnosis approach is used, that often seems like you are just having a deep conversation about your goal/outcome/issue. Natural trance states are utilized to communicate with the source of your block/knot that prevents you from attaining your goal...located in the unconscious mind. Most hypnotherapy clients will be assigned "homework" to be done between sessions to reinforce the suggestions given and encourage faster goal attainment.
